I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and

attention you deserve.  Services in this package include, but are not limited to:

Two prenatal visits
Continuous phone/email/text support
Birth plan writing/editing
On Call Support 24/7 from 37 weeks until your birth
Unwavering labour support
Immediate postpartum support for 1-3 hours after birth
One postpartum visit to your home
 

Birth Wishes and Preferences Consultation

$50

In the hustle and bustle of a hospital, it can sometimes feel impossible to make your voice heard.

Going into the birthing environment with a sense of your wishes can alleviate anxiety, help you visualize

what to expect, prepare you to respond when things don't go "as planned", and help to make

sure you and your care providers are on the same page. 

Let's spend some time going over your dreams, preferences, and expectations. 

I will provide the support, information, and resources to help you

feel confident going into your birthing space. Session is 1 - 2 hours long.
If you later decide that you would like to hire me as your Labour and Birth doula,

I will subtract this session from the total cost of that service.

The early days of adjusting to your new life as a parent can be overwhelming and stressful. I can help. This package is tailor-made to you and your preferences, and can include any of the following services, and more: 

Infant feeding support

Assistance with the emotional and physical recovery after birth 

Light housekeeping (this may include laundry, dishes, tidying) 

Assistance with newborn care
Nutrition support (meal prep, education, recipes, etc.)

Continuous and unlimited phone/email/text support

Baby soothing techniques 

Referrals to local resources

Overnight support
